Congratulations to Avangrid on the recent Ohio Power Siting Board (OPSB) approval of the Wild Grains Solar Project, located in Van Wert County, Ohio. The 150-megawatt project will bring construction jobs and revenue to the area, including annual payments to the local school district. Once operating, the project will provide clean power to electricity customers, and is estimated to offset approximately 203,000 metric tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually – the equivalent of taking an estimated 44,000 cars off the road every year. EDR is pleased to assist Avangrid with its clean energy efforts in Ohio.
