Central New York is growing and will continue to grow significantly in the coming years.
EDR President Jo Anne Gagliano recently joined Andy Breuer, president of Hueber Breuer Construction Company, and met with CenterState Corporation for Economic Opportunity’s (CenterState CEO) Katie Zilcosky to discuss the need for effective long-term housing planning, recognizing Central New York’s growth and economic development successes and continued initiatives.
The CenterState CEO Talk CNY podcast interviewed Gagliano and Breuer, co-chairs of the CenterState CEO Housing Task Force, to learn about the task force’s study and recommendations, ultimately outlining the importance of proactive planning for imminent population growth.
“It’s the opportunity we’ve been waiting for,” said Jo Anne Gagliano, EDR President. “Regionally, this is a serious first step in seeing us evolve into the city we’ve wanted to be.”
