We’re honored to announce that EDR has received an Award of Merit in Historic Preservation from Historic Ithaca for our work on rehabilitating Greycourt at 108 Eddy Street in Ithaca!
We celebrate this recognition alongside Foundation Housing, Serviente Glass Studio, and Talis Historic Restoration for their dedication and collaboration in preserving our community’s architectural heritage and historic character. EDR supported this project as the Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit consultant, helping to secure the approvals from the New York State Historic Preservation Office and National Park Service which enabled the transformation of this 1909 apartment building into safe, energy-efficient housing.
