EDR managed the design and construction phases for a 5,000-linear-foot, 63-inch HDPE steel pipeline to enhance raw water transmission from Hinckley Reservoir to the treatment plant. The project spans Cady Road, West Canada Creek, and NYS Route 365, with a phased approach for implementation.
