EDR is very pleased to congratulate our client Central Hudson Gas & Electric on their recent approvals for the proposed G Line North Transmission Line Rebuild project. Located in Dutchess County, in the Hudson River Valley of New York, this project includes the rebuild of an 8 mile 69kV transmission line and an expansion of the existing Todd Hill Substation. Central Hudson Gas & Electric has completed the State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) process and obtained local planning board approvals from the Towns of LaGrange and Pleasant Valley, as well as area variances for height, local wetland permits and local floodplain development permits. In addition to preparing the permit applications materials and SEQR documentation, EDR conducted wetland delineations, archaeological surveys, prepared visual simulations, and also prepared the Plan & Profile drawings and the stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) for this project.
