Summer is finally here, and with that we would like to introduce the newest members of the EDR Team!
Andrew Roblee (top left) has returned to EDR as a Cultural Resources Specialist at our Syracuse office. Andy is a historic preservation planner who meets the Qualifications for the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Architecture and Historic Preservation (per 36 CFR 61). He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Wells College, and recently completed the graduate program in Historic Preservation Planning at Cornell University. Andy worked in the summer of 2016 as an Assistant Cultural Resources Analyst while enrolled in his graduate degree program. He has previously served on the Auburn Enlarged School District Board of Education as well as on the Board of Directors for the Cayuga County Convention and Visitors Bureau, Auburn Authority Development Corporation, and Chapel House Homeless Shelter. Andy currently serves on the City of Auburn Historic Resources Review Board.
David Edwards (bottom right) has also returned to EDR as a Planner at our Syracuse office. David recently graduated with a Bachelors of Architecture and Planning, Environmental Design from University at Buffalo, State University of New York. Dave worked at EDR in the summer of 2016 as an Assistant Planner, and supported our staff with a variety of projects that included Owea Vineyards, Baron Winds Project, and Project Icebreaker.
Krystal White (bottom left) joined EDR as an Environmental Analyst with our Environmental Services Group based in our Syracuse office. Krystal has a Master of Science in Environmental Science from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry (SUNY ESF) and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from SUNY Potsdam. Krystal has had extensive training in environmental policy, wetland/water resources and soil science, and is experienced in data management and technical report writing.
Samantha Holcomb (bottom middle) joined EDR as a Senior Environmental Analyst with our Environmental Services Group based in our Syracuse office. Samantha received a Bachelor of Science from SUNY ESF and a Master’s of Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law School. Her recent professional experience includes serving as a Senior Project Manager for the NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development, where one of her many responsibilities included managing/coordinating the program’s NEPA review and compliance. Prior to her work with the NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development, Samantha was a Project Manager/Planner with the Two Rivers-Ottauquechee Regional Commission in Vermont.
Jessica Howe (top middle) is working at EDR as an Office Assistant in the Environmental Services Group, based in our Syracuse office. Jessica is a graduate of Fayetteville-Manlius High School, who will be starting her Junior year at Marist College in the fall. She is studying Environmental Science with a concentration both Policy and Economics. Jessica will be primarily working to assist the environmental team with both office and field work during her summer break.
Trevan Signorelli (top right) is working at EDR as an Office Assistant in the Landscape Architecture Studio and Environmental Services Group, based in our Syracuse office. Trevan is a graduate of Jamesville-DeWitt High School, who will be starting his senior year at Cornell University in the fall. He is studying Landscape Architecture, and is the Treasure of Cornell University ASLA Student Chapter. Trevan will be primarily working to assist the studio and environmental team with both office and field work during his summer break.
We are very excited to have Jessica and Trevan join us through August when they both head back to school!
